Job summary

MITER Brands is seeking a Team Lead for the 2nd shift at the Hegins Plant. You will oversee daily production, coordinate with maintenance and material handlers, and ensure quality and safety on the line.

The role requires at least 3 years in manufacturing and prior area-lead experience. Shift is 4 x 10 with evenings and OT as needed. MITER Brands offers strong benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must have 3+ years in manufacturing.
• Must be at least an area lead to apply.
• Capable of reading regulations and company policies.
• Strong verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Review daily production needs and organize hot orders.
• Review attendance and cover gaps for absent team members.
• Lead morning meetings and start-up checks in absence of supervisors.
• Coordinate with material handlers for supplies and parts.
• Monitor production flow and adjust as needed.
• Perform QA audits and collect samples for testing.
• Ensure repairs are ordered and shipments are cleared.
• Maintain team safety and clean working environment.
• Assist with training of new team members.
• Act as supervisor when required and support area leads.
