Job summary

FastTrack Staffing is seeking a Group Leader for the 2nd shift in Saint Petersburg, FL. You will supervise production line activities, assign tasks, and ensure on-time shipping while maintaining quality standards.

Responsibilities include training team members, coordinating work instructions, updating WIP status, and backing up Senior Group Leader as needed. Must have at least three years in manufacturing and a high school diploma. Competitive hourly pay $19–$21.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years’ experience in a production environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare work by studying assembly instructions and blueprints.
• Set up assignments to ensure efficient flow and on-time shipping.
• Coordinate and train employees to follow assembly drawings.
• Maintain safety, quality, and productivity; report hazards.
• Update WIP status with progress to schedule.
• Identify production issues and inform management.
• May act as back-up to Senior Group Leader.
• Perform duties of all work cell positions when needed.
