Qualifications

• Five to seven years of experience in food manufacturing.
• Minimum of three years of supervisory, leadership, or team management experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Excel; ability to operate material handling equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support production teams to achieve daily production goals, productivity targets, and operational objectives.
• Coach, train, and develop employees to maximize performance, engagement, and career growth opportunities.
• Monitor production schedules, efficiency metrics, production output, and quality standards to ensure operational success.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, sanitation standards, GMPs, and workplace safety requirements.
• Troubleshoot operational challenges and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, quality, and productivity.
• Monitor staffing levels, attendance, labor utilization, and payroll accuracy.
• Collaborate with warehouse, production, and operations teams to meet customer demand and delivery expectations.
• Foster a positive, accountable, and team-oriented culture focused on continuous improvement, employee development, and operational excellence.
