Saint-Gobain Performance Polymer Solutions seeks a Production Supervisor for 2nd Shift (3:00pm–11:00pm, M-F) to oversee material flow across molding, machining and annealing. Lead a cross-functional team focused on quality, efficiency, and safety.

The candidate should hold a Bachelor's in Engineering with 5+ years in manufacturing supervision; SAP/QAD experience and a Six Sigma Green Belt are preferred. Competitive salary with bonus potential is offered.

Competenze

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and 5+ years of manufacturing supervision experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and perform FMEA & PFMEA analyses.
• Familiarity with MRP systems such as SAP/QAD; Six Sigma Green Belt preferred.

Mansioni

• Oversee material flow across injection molding, machining, and annealing for 2nd shift.
• Lead setup time reduction initiatives and monitor downtime.
• Develop SOPs and Work Instructions; drive continuous improvement and safety.
