Job summary

The Jel Sert Company seeks a Production Supervisor for the Powder 2nd Shift to lead daily production scheduling, ensure safety, quality, and efficiency, and drive continuous improvement in line with SOPs. This role requires strong leadership to manage a team, enforce GMP standards, and maintain accurate production records.

Overtime may be required; the position offers a shift differential and comprehensive benefits as part of a regular full-time role within the Manufacturing Operations

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory or lead experience in the food or beverage manufacturing industry required.
• A college degree is preferred.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate employees.

Responsibilities

• Safety: lead line inspections, safety audits and meetings.
• Quality: maintain high-quality production and sanitation; HACCP and CCP verifications.
