Generac Power Systems Inc. is seeking a Production Supervisor for the 2nd shift at our Sussex, WI facility. You will oversee daily manufacturing operations, coordinate with planning, materials, and quality teams, and drive safety, efficiency, and on-time delivery.

The role requires an Associate’s degree or equivalent experience and at least 2 years of experience leading teams. Preference given to candidates with SAP or ERP system experience and prior shift-launch involvement.
