Job summary

Qualifications

Associate's degree or equivalent experience required.
At least 2 years leading teams or organizing tasks.
Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle ERP, JD Edwards or Microsoft Dynamics) and MS Office preferred.
Experience launching a new shift, ramp-up, or large-scale production expansion.

Responsibilities

Direct the department to ensure safe, timely, and efficient completion of manufacturing schedules.
Supervise and coordinate activities of assigned production employees.
Compile and analyze production data; respond to requests.
Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
Support lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
Interview, select, and onboard new staff.
Maintain a clean, compliant work environment and meet capacity plans.
