Job summary

Mack Technologies, Inc. in Melbourne, FL seeks a Production Supervisor to lead the operations team in a high-volume assembly environment. You will plan, schedule, and optimize production to meet cost, quality, and delivery goals while coordinating with cross-functional groups.

The role emphasizes Lean/CI, ISO9001/IPC standards, and hands-on leadership to drive performance and employee development. You’ll work 2nd shift (Mon-Fri, 3:00pm - 11:30pm) with OT, guiding capital projects, reporting

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment with supervisory responsibilities.
Experience supervising high-volume, mechanical assembly and/or SMT manufacturing preferred.
Background in Lean/Continuous Improvement; Six Sigma Green Belt or higher preferred.
Knowledge of ISO9001 and IPC standards preferred.
Intermediate business tools/applications knowledge (Email, Excel, MS Word).

Responsibilities

Plan and execute the production schedule based on the MRP.
Direct and coordinate operations team to meet delivery, cost, quality and safety goals.
Ensure staffing levels to hit delivery/productivity goals and coordinate cross-functional teams.
Generate labor efficiency data and report on capacity vs demand.
Support NPI teams and drive successful start-ups of new processes.
Maintain PM schedules and drive root-cause analyses for process improvement.
