Job summary

MCC is seeking a Production Supervisor in Fort Worth to lead the day-to-day finishing operations, driving safety, quality, productivity, and employee engagement. This hands-on leadership role requires coordinating across shifts and departments to meet customer expectations and uphold MCC standards.

Ideal candidates bring Lean experience, strong problem-solving, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while coaching and developing teams in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum of High School degree, with some college education preferred.
• Requires 5+ years of progressively responsible experience in scheduling and real-time operations management.
• Strong experience in Manufacturing, Supply Chain or Fulfillment.
• Lean Manufacturing experience.
• Demonstrated Change Management leadership skills.
• Excellent strategic thinking skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and organization skills.
• Exceptional problem resolution and analysis skills.
• Attention to detail with a focus on safety and quality.
• Experience with cross-functional teams.
• Minimal travel as necessary.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day activities of the Finishing departments.
• Be a hands-on operations champion focused on safety, quality, delivery, and customer satisfaction.
• Improve efficiency of manpower and materials while prioritizing safety.
• Monitor operational performance through company reports and metrics.
• Lead shift meetings and drive accountability to meet goals.
• Assist in evaluating systems, procedures, and workflows.
• Recommend changes and help implement new processes.
• Support capacity planning to ensure schedule attainment.
• Identify, analyze, and resolve operational issues with contingency planning.
• Perform employee management functions in line with policy.
• Foster positive working relationships and mentor associates.
• Support cross-functional collaboration across departments.
• Stay updated on industry trends and participate in special projects.
