White Cap Management LLC is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee shift operations, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency across our production environment. You will coordinate scheduling, maintain process knowledge, and troubleshoot issues to deliver high-quality products on time. The role requires leadership across cross-functional teams and ongoing adherence to safety policies.

Core schedule is 4p-12:30a. A BS/BA and 5+ years of related experience are typically expected.

Formación

• BS/BA in related discipline required or preferred.
• Generally 5+ years of experience in a related field.

Responsabilidades

• Oversees production operations on the assigned shift.
• Prepares work schedules to ensure efficient operations.
• Maintains knowledge of processes and equipment.
• Ensures products are identified, weighed, and warehoused correctly.
• Troubleshoots issues that arise.
• Collaborates with scheduling, purchasing, shipping, maintenance, and customer service to deliver on-time, cost-effective products.
• Drives plant metrics scorecards while managing headcount, efficiency, spending, and budget adherence.
• Establishes measures to improve production methods, equipment performance, and product quality.
• Ensures employees comply with safety regulations, policies, and procedures.
