Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead and direct our Production team on the 2nd shift in Albany, GA. You will hire, train, and manage entry-level personnel while ensuring daily productivity and quality targets are met.

This role emphasizes inventory control, plant safety, and adherence to OSHA standards. You will train partners on safety policies and foster a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to handle the physical requirements of the position, including repeated bending, stretching, twisting and lifting.
• Ability to set and prioritize goals.
• Availability to start within two weeks after offer made/accepted.
