Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead and direct our Production team on the 2nd shift in Macon, GA. You will hire, train and direct entry-level staff, drive daily productivity and quality, and manage inventory while upholding safety policies.

This is a hands-on management role with accountability for daily production flow and bottom-line results. This position requires leadership, adherence to OSHA standards, and a proactive approach to safety, quality, and continuous improvement

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to handle physical requirements and start within two weeks after offer.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct Production team on the 2nd shift.
• Hire, train and direct entry-level staff in a fast-paced environment.
• Meet daily productivity and quality targets.
• Maintain inventory control and ensure safety in the plant.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and promote a culture of safety.
• Take hands-on responsibility for daily production flow and bottom-line results.
