The ideal candidate will lead a shift, train and evaluate staff, and manage reports and metrics for monthly reviews, while promoting change and teamwork in a manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

• Oversees safety and productivity in the team.
• Administers company policy and procedures.
• Supervises training, coaching, mentoring and evaluations.
• Drives continuous improvement and cost control.
• Prepares standard reports and presents at monthly meetings.
• Monitors labor, tasks and OEE using L2L software.
• Other duties as assigned.
