Job summary

Flexfab is seeking a 2nd shift Production Supervisor in Hastings, MI to lead daily manufacturing and shipping operations on the floor. You will drive training, process adherence, and audit readiness while aligning with HEARTS values and cross‑shift communication.

The role requires strong communication, problem solving, and ability to coach a team, with experience in shipping/logistics and proficiency in MS Office; prior supervision or leadership is preferred.

Qualifications

• Preferably pursuing or holding a college degree or relevant certificate.
• Minimum production supervision or leadership experience.
• Strong communication and conflict resolution skills.
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Experience in shipping/logistics environment desired.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production and shipping activities to meet safety, quality, and delivery targets.
• Ensure employees are trained and follow established processes.
• Coordinate documentation and compliance with customer requirements.
• Review schedules, allocate resources, and adjust priorities to meet demand.
• Document process improvements and maintain audit readiness.
• Coach and develop associates; provide feedback.
• Communicate across shifts to ensure smooth handoffs.
• Promote a clean, safe work environment and safety standards.
• Monitor daily performance metrics.
