Job summary

Sticker Mule seeks a 2nd Shift Production Supervisor to oversee the shift’s productivity, quality, safety and morale. The role reports to the Factory Manager and drives on-time delivery while managing a team of 10+ employees. Strong technical and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities include attendance and performance management, scheduling, training, and collaboration with customer service to ensure rush orders ship on time.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of manufacturing experience.
• 4+ years managing a team of at least 10 people.
• Strong technical skills; ability to troubleshoot machine problems
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Intermediate computer skills (ability to learn/use payroll, task management software)
• Monday-Friday 2:00pm-10:00pm
• Starting at $27.55 - $29.37/hour, depending on experience

Responsibilities

• Evaluates attendance, productivity, quality & safety of personnel
• Takes appropriate corrective action when personnel do not meet company standards
• Sets schedules for employees including overtime to ensure on time delivery
• Determines staffing requirements to ensure on time delivery and cost efficiency
• Oversees training of new personnel and evaluates their performance
• Communicates with customer service on production conditions
• Works with customer service to ensure rush orders ship on time
• Troubleshoots technical problems and uses resources to resolve them as needed
• Fosters a positive work environment to minimize turnover
• Accurately represents the attitudes and objectives of company to personnel
