Job summary

Sticker Mule is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee shift operations, ensuring productivity, quality, safety, and timely delivery. Reporting to the Factory Manager, you will drive morale and oversee staffing, training, and performance on the production floor.

The role requires strong technical and communication skills, with experience managing a team of 10+. This on-site position offers health benefits, a 401k match, and a signing bonus.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of manufacturing experience.
• 4+ years managing a team of at least 10 people.
• Strong technical skills; ability to troubleshoot machine problems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Intermediate computer skills (ability to learn/use payroll, task management software).

Responsibilities

• Evaluate attendance, productivity, quality and safety of personnel.
• Take corrective action when personnel do not meet standards.
• Set schedules for employees including overtime for on-time delivery.
• Determine staffing requirements for on-time delivery and cost efficiency.
• Oversee training of new personnel and evaluate performance.
• Communicate with customer service on production conditions.
• Work with customer service to ensure rush orders ship on time.
• Troubleshoot technical problems and use resources to resolve them.
• Foster a positive work environment to minimize turnover.
• Accurately represent company attitudes and objectives to personnel.

Work performed

1. Evaluates attendance, productivity, quality & safety of personnel
2. Takes appropriate corrective action when personnel do not meet company standards
3. Sets schedules for employees including overtime to ensure on time delivery
4. Determines staffing requirements to ensure on time delivery and cost efficiency
5. Oversees training of new personnel and evaluates their performance
6. Communicates with customer service on production conditions
7. Works with customer service to ensure rush orders ship on time

Hours & compensation

1. Monday-Friday 2:00pm-10:00pm
2. Starting at $27.55 - $29.37/hour, depending on experience
3. $1,000 signing bonus
4. Regular overtime available
