Qualifications

• 3-7 Years Experience in a Lean Manufacturing Environment.
• 3-7 Years Experience in a Leadership Role.
• Ability to work 2nd shift hours: M-F 2:50pm - 10:50pm.

Responsibilities

• Ensures process controls are being followed.
• Responsible for workplace safety of team members.
• Takes ownership for schedule attainment and production throughput.
