Petmate is seeking a Production Supervisor for the 2nd shift (Mon-Thu 3:15pm–1:45am) in Mansfield, TX. The role oversees production equipment, ensures output meets quality standards, and leads a skilled team focused on continuous improvement.

You will hire, develop, and retain staff, coordinate labor, review KPIs, and participate in safety programs. This full-time position emphasizes teamwork, efficiency, and adherence to safety without compromise.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of relevant experience in plastics, manufacturing maintenance, or plant operations management.
• High School Diploma.

Responsibilities

• Foster teamwork and open communication tooptimizecustomer service and production efficiency.
• Oversee and implement training programs for new and existing employees, including orientation, safety protocols, and skill development.
• Ensure production targets are met according to the established schedule and quality standards.
• Conduct daily shift handoff meetings with incoming and outgoing supervisors toalignpriorities andmaintainoperational continuity.
