Qualifications

• 3+ years direct people leadership experience.
• 5+ years in a Continuous Improvement manufacturing environment.
• Ability to deploy training strategies and train others.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 15-22 associates to convert materials into quality products safely and within budget.
• Recommend and implement CI improvements across methods, equipment, and systems.
• Guide teams through Autonomous Maintenance (AM).
• Manage people: hiring, coaching, training, and performance reviews.
