Job summary

Luxottica is seeking a Manager for Maintenance (Tech Support) on the 2nd shift in Lake Forest, California. In this role, you will be accountable for directing technical and maintenance support for business units, ensuring the effective operation and maintenance of production equipment.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and over 5 years of relevant experience. Responsibilities include supervising technicians, performing quality audits, and developing maintenance processes. This position offers a competitive salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Willingness to learn new technologies.
• Ability to work more than 8-hours a day, weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate day-to-day activities of Tech Support technicians for equipment maintenance.
• Develop solutions to improve product quality and increase uptime.
• Perform quality audits of technicians’ work for planned and emergency maintenance.
