Land O'Lakes, Inc. is seeking a Quality Assurance Supervisor for the 2nd shift to lead QA programs and support lab activities, ensuring HACCP, EQMS, and BRC compliance while partnering with production.
You will conduct internal audits, drive continuous improvement, and implement corrective actions; strong leadership and communication are essential. Requires a Bachelor's degree and 2+ years in food/dairy manufacturing, with Lean Six Sigma knowledge and the ability to manage safety and quality
Quality Assurance Supervisor - 2nd Shift
The Quality Assurance Supervisor will establish, supervise, administer and monitor quality assurance programs to assure that policies, procedures, specifications, HACCP, EQMS, and BRC standards and regulatory requirements are consistently followed. This individual will help oversee the lab and lab techs and assist the management teams in the maintenance of the quality system. They are also expected to conduct internal inspections of our facility for quality issues as well as employee safety and work habits and communicate to management staff members and front-line workers for improvement.
Hours: 2nd shift Monday - Friday typically 2 pm – 11 pm. Weekends and overtime as needed.
Salary Range: $70,800 - $106,200. In most cases, candidates offered employment can expect to be hired at a pay rate near the middle of our salary ranges.
