MJ Recruiters, LLC is seeking a Production Supervisor – 2nd Shift in Findlay, OH to lead a busy manufacturing floor. You will report to the Production Manager, coach line leaders, and ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery while building a culture of continuous improvement.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 1+ year supervising 10–15 people in manufacturing, and a hands-on, floor-ready leadership style.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 1+ year experience supervising others in manufacturing.
• Experience overseeing 10–15 people at a time is preferred.
• ERP experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Meet and track production requirements and metrics.
• Lead shift start-up meetings and participate in others as needed.
• Coordinate with 1st and 3rd shift supervisors during transitions.
• Follow production schedule and adjust as necessary.
