Job summary

Ditsch USA is hiring a Production Supervisor for the 2nd Shift Northland location to drive end-to-end production efficiency and cost control. You will lead 40+ team members, maintain safety, and ensure quality while meeting schedules and cost specs.

The role emphasizes coaching, data-driven improvements, root cause analysis, and strong collaboration across Safety, Quality, Planning, Maintenance, Sales & Marketing and Supply Chain.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or associate degree or equivalent education and/or related experience.
• Supervisor experience in a Manufacturing environment, 5+ years preferred.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe work environment following company policies & regulations.
• Collaborate with Safety, Quality, Planning, Maintenance, Sales & Marketing and Supply Chain to maintain Production efficiency.
• Develop and utilize performance goals that align with plant and company expectations.
• Maintain budget requirements for labor, training and materials.
• Execute root cause solving procedures and implement countermeasures in relation to Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost.
• Ensure team is staffed properly, trained, resourced, and managed to attain objectives.
• Execute SOPs and Work Instructions for Operations inside end-to-end ownership.
• Own GMPs and completing required documentation.
