Dessert Holdings in Aurora, CO is seeking a 2nd Shift Production Supervisor to lead production for up to 80 staff, ensuring safety and quality and adherence to SQF, HACCP, and GMP standards. The role focuses on maintaining production standards and addressing safety and quality concerns on assigned tasks.

The position offers a salary range of $70,000 to $90,000 annually, with benefits such as medical, dental, vision, paid vacation and holidays, and retirement contributions for eligible employees.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising large teams in a manufacturing setting.
• Knowledge of SQF, HACCP, and GMP practices.
• Strong communication, including bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Ability to perform basic math and work in a fast-paced, team environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime, including weekends if needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct up to 80 people per shift while maintaining safety and quality.
• Train and coach line workers to meet food safety and quality standards.
• Operate and understand equipment in the assigned area.
• Coordinate startup, shutdown, and changeovers.
• Minimize overtime; report waste and identify efficiency improvements.
• Maintain production records and fill reports daily.
• Ensure GMP compliance and proper labeling.
