Job summary

Rise Baking Company, LLC in Lancaster, NY is seeking a Production Supervisor for the 2nd shift to manage the Buffalo plant operations, production and packaging, and ensure food safety.

The role requires 2–5 years of leadership experience in production, a degree in business or related field, and familiarity with ERP systems. The position offers a 2nd shift schedule 4:00pm–2:30am, a $70k–$80k salary range, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Degree in business or related field preferred or equivalent work experience.
• 2–5 years of leadership experience in production.
• SQF, BRC, or AIB certification knowledge desired.
• Strong computer skills including ERP and MS Office.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Execute production schedule to meet orders while ensuring quality and food safety.
• Schedule and coordinate production associates to meet goals.
• Train, coach, and supervise staff.
• Monitor performance on productivity, cost, quality, and safety.
• Manage labor budget and report on metrics.
• Maintain safe working conditions and participate in audits.
• Support food safety and legality of products.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
