Job summary

FXI is seeking a Production Supervisor for the 2nd shift in Santa Teresa, NM. You will oversee the pour line, supervise staff, ensure safety, quality, and on-time production, and coordinate workload to meet targets.

The role requires 3–5 years of supervision in manufacturing, English fluency, and a degree in Management or related field; SAP/ERP and Lean experience are a plus. You will drive continuous improvement and lead safety programs.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years supervisor experience in manufacturing.
• Ability to read/write/speak/understand English.
• Degree in Management or related field, or equivalent on-the-job experience.
• Lean experience preferred; SAP experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Promote and enforce a safe work environment in all shifts.
• Lead employee training, onboarding, safety orientation, and coaching.
• Manage performance through reviews, coaching, and timely communication.
• Oversee scheduling, attendance, vacations, and overtime control.
• Coordinate daily production activities to meet schedules and quality standards.
• Monitor equipment performance and coordinate maintenance as needed.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across processes and safety.
• Lead safety programs, incident investigations, and 5S activities.
• Ensure clear communication of requirements and policy updates across the team.
• Maximize plant performance by addressing issues and ensuring on-time customer orders.
