Pilgrim’s is seeking a Debone Production Supervisor for the 2nd shift to lead a team and ensure adherence to procedures that maximize productivity and cost efficiency while meeting customer specifications. The role requires supervising 20+ employees, planning resources, and driving safety and quality initiatives.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of supervisory experience.
• Poultry or food industry experience a plus.
• Leadership experience with 20+ employees.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Capable of independent decision making.
• Must have basic computer knowledge and be able to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Trains and provides an environment for employees to achieve maximum quality and productivity.
• Plans and schedules manpower, materials, product and machines to utilize policies and procedures fairly.
• Manages employee performance with positive and corrective feedback.
• Promotes department and company goodwill through proactive employee communication.
• Investigates quality improvement, cost reduction, and equipment maintenance in cooperation with other departments.
• Promotes safety throughout the area where the crew works.
