Job summary

Coilmaster Corporation in Moscow, TN, is seeking a 2nd Shift Production Supervisor to lead a manufacturing team, ensure safety, and meet daily output, quality, and delivery targets. You will own staffing, workflow, problem solving, and on-floor communication to enable success.

You will monitor flow, scrap, downtime, and labor use, coach employees, ensure compliance with processes, and maintain ERP transactions and shift records. Must be hands-on and collaborative.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; technical manufacturing coursework preferred.
• Minimum 2 years in a manufacturing leadership role.
• Experience supervising a team of 5+ in a production environment.
• Familiar with ERP transactions, MS Office, and basic reporting.
• ADP/Workday experience is preferred.
• ADP/Workday experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assign work, set expectations, and adjust staffing to meet schedule demands.
• Monitor production flow, efficiency, scrap, downtime, and labor usage.
• Coach, train, and onboard employees—reinforce correct methods and behaviors.
• Verify product meets specifications; escalate quality or equipment issues.
• Maintain ERP transactions, production reporting, and daily shift documentation.
• Partner with Maintenance, Planning, Engineering, and Warehouse to remove roadblocks.
• Lead shift huddles, communicate priorities, and provide feedback on the floor.
• Identify process gaps and recommend improvement opportunities.
• Perform other duties to support production.
