The Production Supervisor leads their designated area and shift, ensuring safety, quality, operational performance, and positive employee engagement. This role requires strong leadership, coaching, mentoring, and a focus on continuous improvement.
Responsibilities include maintaining safety and quality standards, identifying improvement opportunities, managing labor resources, and handling unplanned events such as equipment downtime or personnel issues.
Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 4:00 PM - 3:00 AM, with alternating Fridays as needed.
$75,400.00 - $80,000.00
Note: Salaries are role, level, and location-dependent. The range reflects the minimum and maximum targets across US locations. Individual pay depends on skills, experience, education, and training.
