Job summary

Blue Rhino, a Ferrellgas brand, is seeking a 2nd Shift Full-Time Production Specialist. The role is hands-on, labor-intensive, and involves lifting 40 lb cylinders outdoors in varying weather.

You will work in a warehouse/manufacturing environment, ensuring cylinders are cleaned, leak-tested, and inspected for customer satisfaction. Pay starts at $17.25 per hour with a clear growth ladder to higher levels based on performance.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment.
• Ability to lift 35 pounds repeatedly and work outdoors in varying weather.
• Overtime availability as required.
• Demonstrated reliability and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Performs Washer functions: placing cylinders on conveyer belt, sorting, removing sleeve and peeling label.
• Dispatches cylinders to paint, fill, or rework stations.
• Completes Paint Line operations: loading cylinders, applying paint, unloading.
• Operates Shot Blast, Tare weight entry, Capper, and Stacker.
