• Develops production schedules based on customer requirements.
• Analyzes daily scheduling reports to predict production levels.
• Optimizes changeover and equipment usage.
• Provides data to assist shift supervisor in planning.
• Notifies supervisor of issues impacting production.
• Reports daily production needs and completions.
• Implements direction and retraining to improve efficiency.
• Interacts with management to resolve production issues.
