Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• Associates degree in Logistics preferred.
• 5 years experience in manufacturing setting required.

Responsibilities

• Schedules all work for the shift to meet SLAs.
• Develops and controls production schedules based on customer requirements.
• Analyzes daily scheduling reports to optimize workflow and production levels.
• Monitors changeover, labor, and equipment usage to maximize efficiency.
• Provides data to assist shift supervisor in resource planning.
• Notifies shift supervisor of issues impacting production workflow.
• Reports daily production needs and completions.
• Collaborates with production management to resolve efficiency issues.
