The role emphasizes teamwork, adherence to safety protocols, and accurate data recording to meet daily production goals. Prior manufacturing or hydraulic experience is preferred, with basic tool use required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or related experience.
• 1–3 months of related experience and/or training; technical training is a plus.
• Experience in manufacturing or hydraulic systems preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Able to read and interpret drawings and work instructions.
• Willingness to work in a team environment and follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment and machinery.
• Assemble hydraulic pumps.
• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet specifications.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work instructions.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and report major problems to maintenance.
• Follow safety protocols and wear PPE at all times.
• Record production data and complete required documentation.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals.
