ATTC Manufacturing, Inc. is seeking a Production Operator to safely operate and maintain production machinery, ensuring quality and efficiency while upholding ATTC's high manufacturing standards. This role emphasizes teamwork, attention to detail, and commitment to safety.

The position is a second shift starting at 5:00 PM and is on-site, with competitive pay and benefits. Prior manufacturing experience is a plus, and on-the-job training is provided for motivated candidates.

Responsabilités

• Operate, monitor, and maintain production machinery safely and efficiently.
• Follow standardized work instructions, procedures, and safety regulations.
• Inspect equipment and perform routine quality maintenance checks.
• Measure and inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, and gauges to ensure quality.
• Identify and report mechanical, safety, or production issues promptly.
• Track hourly production results and communicate equipment status to supervisors.
