Job summary

Pro Resources Inc. seeks a production operator to set up and run production machinery safely according to company standards. You will calibrate machines at the start of each shift and monitor output quality throughout the production cycle.

You will measure materials, operate equipment, and maintain logs while ensuring compliance with quality assurance tests. Some data entry into Epicor and cross-functional teamwork are required.

Qualifications

• Understand basic production procedures and clear work instructions.
• Ability to read part specifications and assembly prints.
• Comfort with measuring devices and maintaining accuracy.
• Must be physically capable of lifting up to 50 lb, occasionally 75 lb.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing concepts is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate production machinery per company standards.
• Calibrate machines at shift start to ensure output quality.
• Test machine operation to guarantee smooth running.
• Review work orders for materials and batch sizing.
• Measure batches and feed materials into equipment.
• Inspect output and identify machine-related issues.
• Maintain activity logs and report faults immediately.
• Keep records of approved/defective units and final products.
• Prepare cartons/ crates and ensure safe packaging.
• Enter production data into Epicor when required.
• Perform preventative maintenance to extend equipment life.
• Collaborate with team in other areas as needed and participate in 5S/TFPS.
