Onward Search is partnering with a manufacturing client in Two Rivers, WI to identify a Production Operator for 2nd shift. This temp-to-hire role supports a growing shop, working alongside production and leadership teams to implement improvements on the floor.

The position runs 2nd shift from 3PM to 1AM, with eligibility for temp-to-hire after six months and a focus on safety, accuracy, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Lift parts weighing up to 40 lbs repeatedly.

Responsibilities

• Operate machining equipment to produce parts per specifications.
• Perform quality checks on in-process parts using gauges and inspections.
• Maintain accurate production documentation of activities, counts, and reports.
• Follow travelers, routings, and blueprints to meet product specs.
• Perform routine machine maintenance and safely handle materials.
