ONWARD SEARCH is partnering with a manufacturing client in Two Rivers, WI to hire a Production Tech - 1st Shift. You will operate machining equipment, inspect parts with gauges, and document production activities to ensure quality and traceability.

This temp-to-perm role requires reliable attendance, safety focus, the ability to lift about 40 lbs, and basic computer skills for reporting and documentation. Work is in a high-precision environment with frequent bending, standing, and manual

Qualifications

• Manufacturing or production experience preferred, entry-level considered.
• Ability to work independently with strong work ethic and reliable attendance.
• Self-motivated, safety-conscious, and focused on quality.
• Basic computer skills helpful for reporting and documentation tasks.
• Physical ability to lift up to approximately 40 lbs continuously and perform frequent bending, standing, and manual handling.

Responsibilities

• Operate machining equipment to produce parts according to production schedules and procedures.
• Perform quality checks using gauges and visual inspections during production runs.
• Maintain accurate documentation of parts, materials, and production activities.
• Handle parts and materials, including deburring, cleaning, and packing per instructions.
• Support machine maintenance and perform repetitive tasks as needed to meet production goals.
