Job summary

STS Technical Services in Brookfield, Wisconsin, is hiring CNC Operators for a full-time 2nd shift (3:00 PM–1:30 AM) to support production of precision machined components.

You will operate and set up machines, read blueprints, perform offset adjustments, and help ensure parts meet print specifications. Ideal candidates have 2+ years of machining experience, strong math skills, and a mechanical aptitude; relocation assistance is offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 2+ years of machining experience.
• Proficiency with measuring equipment.
• Willingness to learn and grow.

Responsibilities

• Operate machine tools and perform offset adjustments to meet print specifications.
• Read and interpret basic blueprints and inspection protocols.
• Set up machines under supervision and mentor new operators.
• Run multiple machines to maximize throughput in a production cell.
• Apply GD&T knowledge to ensure part quality.
• Maintain documentation and quality standards.
