ONWARD SEARCH is seeking a Production Machine Operator for the 2nd shift on-site in Manitowoc, Wisconsin. This Temp to Perm role (27–52 weeks) supports a precision manufacturing team, with opportunities for skill development and career growth.

• Conduct basic machine maintenance and address minor issues as needed to ensure smooth operation.

Production Machine Operator - 2nd Shift Qualifications:

• Previous experience in manufacturing or production is preferred; entry-level candidates considered.
• Ability to stand for an 8-hour shift and lift parts weighing up to approximately 40 lbs.
• Demonstrated ability to follow safety procedures, work independently, and maintain good attendance.
• Basic computer skills for reporting labor, rework, and scrap data.
• Capable of performing in-process inspections and reading blueprints or routings.
