Job summary

RESRG Automotive is seeking a Production Operator in Covington, Georgia. The role involves working in Injection Molding or Metal Stamping, operating and troubleshooting equipment, and preparing products for shipping. Shift is 2nd shift, Monday to Friday, 2:50 PM to 11:00 PM.

You will follow production schedules, resolve quality issues, and collaborate with teammates to meet goals while maintaining safety and cleanliness on the shop floor.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to work, including occasional overtime and weekends.
• Capable of performing physical tasks in a manufacturing environment for up to 12 hours.
• Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination for equipment operation.

Responsibilities

• Operate and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment.
• Prepare finished products for shipping and distribution.
• Follow daily production schedules and resolve quality issues as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.
• Maintain high standards of product quality and consistency.
• Perform general housekeeping duties to keep work areas clean and safe.
