Qualifications

• Fanuc robot experience preferred.
• 1-3 years of injection molding experience preferred.
• Familiar with molding operation and robot programming.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to develop interpersonal relationships.
• Analytical problem-solving with continuous improvement mindset.
• Attention to attendance and performance standards.
• Willing to travel for work-related issues or training.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily checks to ensure all parts degate correctly.
• Inspect EOAT for repair needs; review and approve new EOAT.
• Implement photo eyes, sensors, cameras, etc.
• Mentor and train other technicians.
• Maintain 5-S in the molding area and keep it organized.
• Support new program launches and drive automation improvements.
• Investigate and implement new automation technologies.
• Execute moldings to defined quality standards.
