Job summary

H.B. Fuller Company is seeking a Production Operator for the Santa Fe Springs, CA site on the 2nd shift. You will operate equipment, prepare materials, and ensure labeling and packaging meet quality standards.

You should have a high school diploma, basic English, and be able to read work orders. The role requires physical stamina and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, with up to 100 pounds with assistance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office applications.
• Ability to read and interpret work orders and procedures.
• Willingness to work on the 2nd shift and in a factory environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment following process instructions.
• Prepare raw materials and packaging and transport to production areas.
• Monitor equipment to maintain run rates and ensure quality.
• Test and release products, verify labeling and packaging per SOPs.
• Maintain housekeeping and comply with EHS rules.
