Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in an industrial environment.
• Ability to read work orders, production processes, safety regulations and quality procedures.
• Availability to work in shifts.

Responsibilities

• Prepare raw materials and packaging: identify and prepare the right quantities and move them to the appropriate production area.
• Operate processing equipment in line with process instructions and procedures.
• Monitor equipment, keeping processes running at desired run rates.
• Complete initial testing and release of products to ensure there are no deviations from specifications.
• Check labels and packaging material, ensure correct labeling following rules and instructions.
• Package final products per instructions and quality standards.
• Follow quality standards and operating procedures and EH&S rules.
• Maintain housekeeping in the area of responsibility.
• Carry out any other duties requested by the Production Manager/Supervisor.
