Job summary

GOJO Industries' USA Wooster Campus is seeking a Production Operator I for the 2nd shift. This 100% onsite role on a high-speed production line requires lifting up to 50 lbs and rotating to all tasks from inserts to palletizing.

You will follow safety and quality guidelines, perform visual inspections, move product and inventory, and help train others as assigned. Starting pay is $18.95 per hour, with bonus eligibility and benefits such as 401(k) match and parental leave.

Qualifications

• Requires ability to read, understand and implement SOPs and work instructions.

Responsibilities

• Understand and apply safety and quality guidelines, meeting all regulations.
• Move product, supplies, and inventory to support production.
• Adheres to SOPs, cGMP, safety, and housekeeping; may train others as assigned.
• Must rotate to all production line tasks, such as inserts, packing, palletizing and keying.
• Perform visual inspections of components and finished goods at each step.
