Insituform Technologies, LLC is seeking Production Operators in Batesville, Mississippi, for a 2nd shift position. You will obtain machine sheets, verify materials, install machines, load heavy rolls, and monitor stitching, sealing, and flame bonds to ensure tube quality.

Responsibilities include splicing and hand-sewing layers, stacking tubes on pallets, and using handheld tools. A GED or high school diploma is required, with 6+ months of manufacturing experience preferred and the ability to

Qualifications

• Verifiable high School diploma or GED required.
• Forklift experience required.
• Process equipment operation experience required.
• Must pass a drug test and criminal history background check.
• Ability to work 2nd shift; hours are 4:15pm - 2:30am.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
• 6+ months experience in manufacturing environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Obtain machine sheets for jobs.
• Match felt material with paperwork and confirm proper B-tag, correct material type, and dimensions.
• Install proper machines and set correct job size.
• Load heavy rolls of materials and thread spools as required.
• Monitor stitching, taping and flame bonds during operation.
• Perform splices, tapers, transitions, and other tube specifics on kneeling on concrete floor.
• Hand sew multiple layers of felt as required.
• Manually stack tubes up to 30” in diameter onto pallets and assist larger tubes.
• Operate handheld tools including scissors, knives, saws, welders.
• Communicate safety, quality, or other work-related information to team/management.
