Job summary

Challenge Manufacturing is seeking a production worker for the Northlake, TX plant on the 2nd shift. You will operate resistance spot welders or a power press to assemble metal, composite, or plastic stock while upholding our quality standards and safety rules.

Responsibilities include ensuring materials and fixtures are ready, identifying deviations, and supporting continuous improvement. Must be able to stand long hours and work overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Understands and can explain the company's Quality Policy.
• Understands how the position impacts customer satisfaction and the Quality Policy.
• Understands the Quality Management System and related documentation.

Responsibilities

• Identify non-conformances and log them.
• Assist with corrective actions and problem solving.
• Maintain clean and safe work area and follow safety procedures.
• Operate at different workstations as production needs require.
• Ensure materials are available and prepared for processes.
