Challenge Manufacturing is seeking a second-shift production operator at our Irving, TX plant. You will set up and operate resistance spot welders and power presses to weld, trim, punch, shape, notch, draw, or crimp metal, composite, or plastic stock, while following our Quality Policy.
You will inspect parts, log non-conformances, and participate in preventative and corrective actions, all while maintaining safety and cleanliness and coordinating with team leaders as needed.

Sets up and operates resistance spot welders and/or power press to weld, trim, punch, shape, notch, draw, or crimp metal, composite, or plastic stock by performing the following duties.
This will be a 2nd Shift / 5pm - 1:30 am M-F position located at our Plant in Irving, TX.
Occasionally, this may require you to arrive early, stay late, or work on weekends, outside of our regular hours, to ensure we successfully meet customer needs, deadlines, or urgent requests.
