The Arkema Group is seeking a Production Operator for the 3rd shift (9:00pm – 5:30am, Mon-Fri, with overtime). You will produce products, monitor lines, and record usage while operating packaging equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to read English and perform basic math.
• Experience operating production equipment and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Produce products according to batch formulations using mixing, blending, and packaging equipment.
• Accurately record material usage manually and in computer systems.
• Operate and monitor mixers, blenders, and packaging lines.
• Collaborate with team members and support cross-functional tasks.
• Use computer systems for tracking production and performance.
