Job summary

Arkema is hiring a Production Operator for the 1st shift in Middleton, MA. You will follow SOPs to produce quality products, maintain batch records, and handle hazardous materials while working on a team‑driven environment.

Eligible candidates can earn $27–$30 per hour plus a $2,500 sign‑on bonus. Training is provided, with opportunities for growth within Arkema and its global network.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Willingness to learn and participate in operator‑driven in‑plant lab testing, preventive maintenance activities, shop floor problem solving, and 5S workplace organization (training provided).
• Ability to work effectively with others in a team‑based environment.
• Basic problem‑solving skills with the ability to follow standard procedures.

Responsibilities

• Practice Safe work habits in accordance with OSHA, EPA guidelines, and Bostik specific EHS expectations.
• Follows written instructions and standard operating procedures to manufacture quality products.
• Responsible for accurate batch sheet administration and retain sample collection.
• Follow proper procedures for the handling, storage and transfer of hazardous material.
• Operates all equipment within your respective department.
• Assist as needed and when available in other areas in Manufacturing.
