Job summary

Philips in Ontario, CA is hiring for Production Operations - Lead 1 (2nd Shift). This role sets up and operates a machine to assemble products and supervises warehouse activities, including kitting, shipping, and inventory control.

You will coach the team, monitor safety and quality, and coordinate with Production, Planning, and Quality teams; SAP inventory transactions are managed to support continuous improvement. 2nd shift hours are 2:15pm to 10:45pm, Monday through Friday.

Qualifications

High school diploma, GED or equivalent required.
Experience in warehouse or logistics is preferred.
Forklift and cherry picker certifications are preferred or obtainable.
Strong leadership and coaching skills are beneficial.
Ability to work on 2nd shift and flexible hours.

Responsibilities

Supervise kitting, inventory control, shipping, receiving, and cycle counts.
Maintain inventory accuracy and support material movement across warehouse functions.
Train, coach, and support warehouse team members to improve performance.
Monitor safety, quality, productivity, and compliance with procedures.
Coordinate with Production, Planning, Quality, and other teams; manage SAP inventory transactions.
